    "content": "I condemn what is happening in South Africa in the strongest terms possible. I condemn even harder President Cyril Ramaphosa for being unwilling or unable to deal with the situation of providing security for fellow Africans, their properties, lives and comfort. People went to South Africa because we were celebrating the birth of the Rainbow Nation. We end up feeling like moths flying towards a flame of fire and being consumed there. I thank Sen. (Dr.) Milgo for this Statement. I would like to give notice that while in Kitui County, I will move a Motion of Adjournment to discuss what is going on in South Africa. I thank you."
