As I sit down, Madam Temporary Speaker, I want to urge us that if we take it seriously and make this part of our planning and policy, then this country will change. We will not be having the same problem that we have right now, of having to go to courts, to fight and having to engage in political contestation and threaten each other about our own livelihoods because people do not think it is their priority to plant trees.
