    "content": "I picked a number of issues that we shall address. One critical thing that has come up, and I like what Sen. Halake has said, is that we need to address the issue of “how.” The idea is good because we need trees. We know where to plant trees, but the question is; “how?” As the Mover of the Motion, I intend to go a notch higher and, probably, come up with a Bill which will make some of these issues mandatory."
