    "content": "Some of these petitions required the response from the National Land Commission (NLC). In the absence of the commissioners, the secretariat took long to put the matters together and give us responses. We have met most of the stakeholders in these petitions. In more than half of them, we are at the stage of report writing. We believe that if we are given 30 more days from 10th September 2019, we will finalise all these petitions because they are extremely important. We have spent taxpayers’ money to collect information."
