Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended in Section 19 of the principal Act in Sub-Section 2 – (a) by deleting the words “auditor general corporations or to an auditor appointed under this section” appearing immediately after the words “submit to the” and substituting thereof the words “auditor general” and, (b) by deleting Sub-Section 3 and substituting thereof the following new sub-section “the accounts of the board shall be audited and reported in accordance with the provisions of the Public Audit Act”. We agreed with the Senate amendments on Clause 6, basically in its entirety. I have just put it out for clarity because what was on the Order Paper was not clear.
