Temporary Deputy Chairlady, THAT, Section 19 of the principal Act is amended in subsection (2) by- (a) deleting the words “Auditor General (Corporations) or to an auditor appointed under this section” appearing immediately after the words “submit to the” and substituting thereof the words “Auditor General” and, (b) by deleting Subsection (3) and substituting thereof the following new subsection “the accounts of the board shall be audited and reported in accordance with the provisions of the Public Audit Act”. We agreed with the Senate amendments on Clause 6, basically, in its entirety. I have just put it out for clarity because what was on the Order Paper was not clear."
