    "content": "THAT, the schedule is amended in paragraph 2 by deleting subparagraphs (1) and (2) and substituting therefor the following new subparagraphs— (1) The quorum of a meeting of the Board shall be five trustees present and voting and shall include at least two trustees appointed under section 6 (2) (b), (c), (d) or (e) and at least three trustees appointed under section 6 (2) (f) (2) For special meetings, the quorum shall be six trustees present and voting and shall include at least three trustees appointed under section 6 (2) (b), (c), (d) or (e) and at least four trustees appointed under section 6 (2) (f)."
