Orengo is saying is true; that we have an archaic system of land registry. As long as we have obsolete equipment, we will not go far. It needs complete overhaul. It needs not just computerization but also new equipment for land registry so that if you click a button you will definitely know that this land belongs to hon. Ojode or hon.
