Going by what has been contributed before this House, a substantial number of Members have contributed and supported the Bill. There is an important Motion awaiting to be discussed by this House. I believe we are all in agreement about this Bill and its debate ought to be closed. The Mover should be called upon to reply, so that we move on with other businesses of the House."
