    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. As I reply, I want to thank all the Members who have contributed to this Bill. As I said when I was moving, it is an ingenious way of resolving a pertinent question on the issues surrounding the Division of Revenue Bill. I clarified that it is not in any way intended to replace the Division of Revenue Bill. Therefore, since it is a Bill relating to counties, when it is transmitted to the other House, and we have since engaged well with the Senators, it will be passed as it is and give us a framework on which we can disburse money to the counties. I thank all the Members for their contributions. I beg to reply."
