    "content": "The purported Biashara Fund was more or less a kin to a bank. It had all the provisions of a bank, but only the name separated it from one. But if you look at the way it was structured and supposed to be run, it was going to be more or less like a bank. This would have meant the people it was targeting to serve will never have accessed the banking facility because it was meant to deal or address the challenges of the so called un-bankable society to access finance to undertake projects."
