    "content": "As I speak, I have presided over issuance of cheques under the Uwezo Fund totaling to about Kshs2 million in my constituency. Our Fund has grown from Kshs18 million to Kshs30 million. It will be very unfair to kill such success stories at the expedience of some people who really look at it as if it is free money to loan to their friends for purposes of making abnormal profits."
