    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for the chance to contribute. I rise to support the annulment of these unconstitutional regulations. I urge the National Treasury that before it thinks of collapsing these Funds to look at the many other financing gaps in our country. If you are interested in the Biashara Fund, do not touch the Women Enterprise Development Fund, the Youth Enterprise Development Fund and the Uwezo Fund because they were created for a specific purpose. I urge them to start their Biashara Fund by first identifying the gaps, and one of the gaps is men.
