    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. People with auto immune diseases need special care. For example, lupus is one of the diseases that is auto immune. Some of these people because of their health, even when they are professionally qualified to be economically active, they are not able to do that because of their condition. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I think a special cover for such people with the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) should be considered. The people looking at this Petition should also pursue that angle. Such people are usually a burden to their relatives and the cost of medical care is very expensive. I wish to thank Sen.
