    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Collective tissue disorders are very serious issues all over the world. However, the reality of the matter is that if we cannot handle malaria, pneumonia and other prevalent diseases, including gastrointestinal disorders, we cannot generally talk of collective tissue disorders in this country. Our priority should be based on the common diseases which occur every day in this country. If we can handle that, then we can deal with other issues and, hopefully, if it comes to the Committee, we will handle it appropriately."
