    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to urge, that you direct that this is not an ordinary Petition that should be subjected to 60 days. This Petition warrants our presence in Kitui next week for the Committee and any friends of the Committee including yours truly, to go and see this hospital and see what exactly is happening. Under the Constitution of Kenya 2010, access to healthcare and proper medicare is a right. So, it is in fact a violation of the Constitution to close a health facility."
