    "content": "I am very proud of them because sometimes we are called upon to perform certain responsibilities on behalf of this House, and we must be cheerleaders of one another. We must congratulate one another when we are doing well. This is because there are times when we come to this House to chastise some Members for failing to perform their responsibilities. When they do a good job, it is the responsibility of the leadership of this House to publicly recognise and appreciate those who are doing a good job, so that it will encourage others tomorrow to perform even a better job---"
