    "content": "When you look at the record of debate, it is not so much about those who have won in votes, but what was said during the debate. There used to be a Member of Parliament called Serene, who was a very dull speaker. Whenever he would speak in the National Assembly even the Gallery would be empty. However, when you read the headlines the following day, it was only about him. Most of the time he was in the minority, but he was saying a lot of things of substance and quoting Shakespeare. He was a lawyer of no mean repute."
