    "content": "We should never expect that all the time the Senators will vote ‘yes’ or ‘no’. I think that is also wrong. When somebody votes ‘no’, it is not a transgression. We should be able to live up with it. In the Senate, we are beginning to get happy with the idea that when we vote as a House, it is a sign of maturity. I think it is a sign of laziness and not knowing what we should be doing."
