    "content": "When I was mobilising people to vote, as the Minority Whip, I was quite prepared for Senators to vote ‘no’ because it is their entitlement and right. I spoke to Sen. M. Kajwang,’ Sen. Ochillo-Ayacko and Sen. (Prof) Ekal in the Senate Lounge, and they were very upset about the way they were handled by one of the leaders. I told them they could come and express their disappointments in their vote, which is their right."
