I am sorry to take you back, but this is the second time I am pressing the intervention button and have not been seen by the Speaker to speak on this issue. I do not wish to say much, but it has been a trend in this House that some of us are not seen, to be given a chance to speak. At the end of the day, we are not here to speak for ourselves. We are speaking on behalf of the electorate that elected us into this House. We should be given an opportunity to express our views because that is what we are paid to do. Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker."
