    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is a Bill that will change the way things are done and, in particular, the protection of the innocent and weakest in our society. For so many years, we have had so many children disappearing from homes. They are stolen and some end up in other parts of the world. We do not know what they do with these children; whether they use their body parts or they just go and use them as human slaves. But with the enactment of this law, anybody daring to do what they have been doing, will be in a lot of trouble. I am very happy with the punishments to be meted out on those persons who would be arrested or who would be found to be commiting this heinous crime."
