    "content": "I wish to, first of all, thank and congratulate the Hon. Member for Kiambu for being consistent in matters interest capping. He has followed up this matter and he now seeks to bring amendments following a court ruling in which Section 33B was declared unconstitutional. This is testimony that our work, indeed, is to legislate in case there are issues of ambiguity in law. My debate on this matter is two-pronged."
