    "content": "Yes, a formal ruling will be made. In the meantime, given the allegations by Hon. Pukose, I think the Committee on Implementation can get seized of the matter and, more particularly, to consider not just what is in Article 80, which merely gives the authority upon which the leadership and integrity law was made, but Article 78 as read together with Sections 31 and 52 of the Leadership and Integrity Act. Those are the four areas of the law that would need to be considered while still, of course, we will be quoting in extensor, the decision by the Court of Appeal regarding this matter. I think it is an important matter that should be put on record in the manner that you have suggested, Hon. Aluoch. Hon.
