    "content": "other. Parliament, being an arm of Government, had pronounced itself on the issue of Ms. Mwinzi. We had said that she must renounce her citizenship. If by any chance she has assumed office, we must take drastic action as an arm of Government. I propose that Hon. (Dr.) Pukose follows it up and gives us facts so that if need be, we can even impeach the Cabinet Secretary responsible for foreign affairs. This is because they cannot go against the pronouncement of this House, which is an arm of Government just like the Executive and the Judiciary. They should respect our pronouncements as a House.
