    "content": "Hon. Speaker, if you stick by the rule of law, you need to stick knowing that it will follow you like we have seen of late. Hon. Speaker, we should not look like we are hounding this lady, criminalising her and making her feel as bad as the young man from Murang’a who spoke on Citizen TV yesterday. He spoke and the English “disappeared” a little, and Kenyans have been hounding him and yet he is a young man. English came to this country on a ship. It is not a native language."
