You may not have benefited from what has been said by many other Members, but the matter has been referred to your Committee. Hon. ole Kenta, please, deal with it as appropriate. Hon. Kenta, because Article 78 of the Constitution is within the leadership and integrity chapter, read it together with the Leadership and Integrity Act, especially Sections 31 and 52. You need to find out from the Chief Executive Officer of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) what it is that they are doing with regard to this matter. It may be important even as you find out from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and any other person that may be involved in that appointment. Hon.
