    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me a chance to second this very important amendment. Before I sit down, I would like to make my few comments in addition to what the Chairman has said. It is clear and evident that insecurity is an emerging issue. What this amendment seeks to do is ensure that the issues of safety and security are enhanced. Therefore, this amendment will, no doubt, add a lot of value in terms of the contribution that will be made. We did deliberate on these issues."
