    "content": "As you are aware, smoking is not allowed on airlines but alcohol is allowed. There is no limit and in most cases you find that we have passengers who are highly intoxicated because of alcohol. There is also no proper screening of passengers who are drunk. You find someone getting into an aeroplane heavily drunk and causing a lot of trouble in the flight.
