At the outset, I congratulate the Committee for coming up with the ratification of the treaty, which is so timely in this era. Today as we speak, we are living in a global village. You realise that right now even in some flights, the communication space has increased that you get into an airline or airport and you will find that you have Wi-Fi even in space. That way, we will even have some people who have ill intentions to stay on communication. We live in an era that we have a lot of terrorism. Most lives have been lost through such acts. In the same manner, there is the issue of trafficking. My friends have mentioned it."
