    "content": "Finally, our pilots need to be creative and communicate with passengers. Sometimes when an aeroplane is going through turbulence, you can hardly say a word to the person seated next to you because you do not know what is going to happen next. At least, pilots need to communicate and give passengers some confidence by saying “We are now flying over Mt. Kilimanjaro or on your left is Mt Kilimanjaro.” That way, people will gain some confidence and tilt their heads to the right or left trying to see Mt. Kilimanjaro."
