    "content": "On a point of information to my friend, the distinguished Senator for Kericho. I wish to inform him that Nakuru County and Meru County Public Accounts Committees joined us here in Nairobi when their governors appeared. In the last one week, we have been to Kwale and Mombasa counties. In all the sessions that we held, were in the presence of Members of the Public Accounts Committee from those counties. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to inform my friend that we are developing a model; a prototype which we think will work. We believe that this Committee is more effective when it goes to the counties rather than when it sits here in Nairobi."
