    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, one of the things which is important for this Committee to look into is what other incidents are being recorded on a daily basis so that this information can assist in expediting the passage of that Bill. Once it is passed and becomes a law, they make sure it is implemented. There is a problem with implementation of Bills passed by this House. I am sure a lot of people who walk from Kangemi to Westlands are hit on a daily basis. Some are dying along Mombasa Road. It would be important for this Committee, as they seek answers to the questions raised by Sen. Shiyonga, to also get statistics on the number of people killed on our roads. This will help us to come up with temporary measures that we can put in place to ensure our citizens are safe."
