    "content": "I agree there are very deep feelings about this process. Many of us have been involved and we would like to debate. Even if we choose the route Sen. Murkomen is taking with this Bill, what we would do is to withdraw the Bill. That is the same outcome; us defeating it at the vote. Therefore, the Bill will either pass or be defeated by vote or by withdrawing. Apart from saving the time of the Senate, maybe Sen. Orengo can convince us on what he sees as the intended outcome of that discussion having deferred debate on this Bill."
