    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, we must encourage our officers to speak out. Over the past three or four years, our country has seen the highest cases of homicide and suicide within the ranks of the disciplined forces. If these issues do not call us to a place of self-reflection as a country, we are living in denial and we have buried our heads in the sand. We must confront the issues affecting our officers in the disciplined forces head-on. I must congratulate the church for setting up chaplaincies in many of our barracks. I am aware that we have chaplaincies and mosques in our prisons and barracks."
