    "content": "asked the Minister for Medical Services:- (a) whether he could inform the House how the country has benefited from the World Trade Organization TRIPS Agreement and the Industrial Property Act of 2001 in enhancing access to essential medicines, especially HIV/AIDS, considering that the pandemic had not been gazetted as a national disaster; (b) whether he could explain how the country has benefited from the opportunity provided under the Agreement, particularly in the fight against the scourge and other opportunistic diseases; and, (c) whether the distribution of these drugs has been done in Kapenguria Constituency and at what cost."
