    "content": "Hon. Members, you will recall that the National Assembly passed the Bill recently providing the figure of Kshs316.5 billion to be allocated to the county governments. However, the Senate has amended that amount upwards, allocating the figure of Kshs355.67 billion to the county governments. Hon. Members, given the urgent need to pass this Bill and pursuant to provisions of Standing Order No. 41(6)(a), I have instructed the Clerk to prepare a Supplementary Order Paper to allow the House to consider the Senate amendments. In this regard, I urge the House to pay particular attention to Order Nos. 13 and 14 in the Supplementary Order Paper."
