I beg to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Labour and Social Protection: (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary provide the status and criteria used for identification and registration of elderly persons in Nakuru County who qualify to benefit from the Elderly Persons Cash-Transfer Programme? (ii) What measures is the Ministry putting in place to ensure that the elderly persons receive their monthly stipends and any other services without having to travel for long distances?"
