    "content": "The principle object of the Bill is to provide for the division of buildings into units to be owned by individual proprietors and common property to be owned by the proprietors of the units as tenants in common. The Bill is divided into five parts: Part I is the preliminary and consists of the short title, application and interpretation. The Bill shall apply only in respect of land held in freehold title or on a leasehold title where the unexpired residue of the term is not less than 21 years and there is an intention to confer ownership."
