    "content": "Clause 20, which I find very useful, provides that the corporation shall ensure that the buildings are insured. We all agree that it is very painful when you purchase or acquire a flat after taking a loan or working for very many years and it becomes your dream property and then all of a sudden, you lose it in the event of fire or any other thing. Then what happens? This clause provides that the corporation that is formed by the owners will ensure that the building is insured, so that in the event of loss, you can be compensated and you can start life again."
