"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me an opportunity to contribute. From the outset, I support the Sectional Properties Bill. Kenyans face challenges given their ignorance when they purchase property. According to the Sectional Properties Bill, a Kenyan who would like to own property that is part of a larger one, like an apartment, is given clear focus. Indeed, they will not have problems of wondering whether or not they can get a loan using the property or a title deed and most importantly, if they should get an apartment or complex where there are others and how to deal with their neighbours. It is also clear that this is the way to go.
