    "content": "I was very impressed when we went to bury Gov. (Dr.) Joyce Laboso. Our distinguished colleague from Bomet County, Sen. (Dr.) Langat, told us that the late Gov. (Dr.) Laboso – may her soul rest in eternal peace – had invited him to chair all meetings where development programmes were decided. So, he knew what was going on. This idea of governors seeing Senators as enemies, frightful characters or witch-hunters must stop, so that we give the public value for money."
