    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, by the time PWDs, by God’s grace, end up getting jobs, probably at the age 35 or even 40, they have very little time to render service and plough back to the society. Therefore, the retirement age of 60 years disadvantages them in the public service. There is need for them to be given more time in order to give back to the society and be productive. PWDs are supposed to be service providers as well, and not just to be on the receiving end."
