We had two Bills on the Two-Thirds Gender Bill rule, which flopped. This needs to be worked on again and again so as to achieve it. What can women who represent a half of the world’s population do to increase their participation in the political sphere? I urge women to contest and win political seats. When they do, let them participate in legislation to ensure additional representation of women."
