    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. This Report was laid on the Table in the House on Tuesday, 13th July, 2010. These two committees held a total of three sittings where witnesses testified on the subject of the inquiry. Those who testified included the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Medical Services, the Attorney-General and the Managing Director of Dol International Limited. The Director of Kenya Anti- Corruption Commission failed to appear on the two occasions that he was invited to come and give evidence."
