    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I support the amendment by Hon. Kolosh. One very important thing is the issue of checks and balances. An office is given work to do at the grassroots level. It is the same team that is supposed to take the information to the headquarters. Their work is to collect, collate and summarise data. That same office cannot be the one to adjust or cancel results. Even if the bureau has an issue, it must be taken to the board.
