    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I support the amendment. Census is an important national exercise that needs to be accurate and acceptable to everybody. In a Government, for example, in the case of Kenya, we have three arms of Government. The three arms exist for checks and balances. So, the Director-general will prepare everything and then give it to another authority that will check it at another level, so that there is accountability of the census. Census is important. We do not want to doubt anything about it. With those few remarks, I support the amendment."
