    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I want to support this amendment. Pastoralists and nomads are the ones who understand the challenges they face. This census is being done in the month of August which is a dry period for us. The Leader of the Majority Party has said that data will be collected. The Member is seeking that the data collected be transferred to one’s county of origin. The reason being that the Government uses census to allocate resources. It is unfair to pastoralists who have moved from their counties to other counties since they will not get their resources when they go back. In my constituency, people have moved. If they will not be captured as my constituents, it will be wrong. I support."
