Ochieng’ Mbeo is fit to be the first Chair of the Kenya Fish Marketing Authority. This is one of the appointments that are very timely. I congratulate the President for picking the right person for this position. Hon. Ochieng’ Mbeo, for those who may not know, was born in Mfangano Island. That is an island in Lake Victoria. It is at a time I do not know, but I know he was born in Mfangano Island before his father moved to Migori and settled there.
