Ochieng’ Mbeo as the Chair of the Board of Kenya Fish Marketing Authority. Let me also start by declaring my interest. I am a fisherman. Having grown up on the shores of Lake Victoria and River Sio, I am an accomplished fisherman. I know the types of fishing styles and the trouble and challenges of fishermen.
